Chamomile Intuitive art LLC offers engaging, beginner-friendly Intuitive Art & Creative Wellness classes designed to encourage self-expression, mindfulness, creativity, and social connection through art.

Participants do not need any previous art experience. Each class provides a welcoming environment where participants can explore color, shapes, textures, memories, emotions, and personal experiences through guided creative activities.

The goal is to let go of predetermined ideas of what the artwork should look like or will look like and give yourself grace to enjoy the creative process, adding spontaneity to connect with oneself and others, and discover something more meaningful than taking home a piece of art, you take home a piece of yourself.
